Hi! I am a single easy-going young 50 yr old. guy . I own my home & wish to share it with one person ( Str) renting one room. That person would have their own bathroom & toilet, use of the kitchen, dining room, lounge, TV, laundry . I smoke outside & would expect the same of a rental person if they smoke.
