General details of the home:
Nice large luxury furnished / & unfurnished rooms where required.
Quiet living and lots of peace and space.
3 single bedrooms,
1 QS bedroom,
2 suites,
1 suite reserved for emergency / short term accommodation.
2 full kitchens and 6 bathrooms.

Rates per week from 25 August 2025:
$250 one single room
$260 one single room currently available
$280 for regular single rooms,
$300 for a larger QS room
$400 for a suite which would suit a married couple or
$350 for a single in same suite.

We have a suite set aside for occasional short term / emergency accommodation. Rates applicable on application/approval.

Home has WIFI, Cable TV, Air con, heating, etc.

There are single beds, Queens size beds; bedside tables; lamps, study desk & chair, common fridges & freezer in house.

Suite's: Very large [like small unit]. Appointed with TV, breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, wardrobes, cutlery, crockery, lounge suite/couch, desk/chair, mirror, & electric blankets, quilts. Each suite is different so this is a general description. Would suit a married couple.

Single room folk have not been left out. Common areas are fully appointed; two single rooms share one full ensuite.

Laundry facilities in the home.
Utilities are on a shared cost basis.
There is solar power; Free WIFI.
BBQ & sitting area in back yard, lawn area and garden.

Haven't spared expense in furnishing the house. As I like luxury, so also wanted to appoint the same for those who share the house. It's probably hard to find such a lovely Christian home to live in.

This is an exceptional room share home & needs people who would treat this as home for their stay ~ long or short term.
