About the property
I'm going away form 26 Jan to 20 Feb. I'm listing my room as a short term accommodation for anyone who might be interested. This room is a private room with a seperate non-sharing bathroom. There is a floor to ceiling window. The apartment is located in central Box Hill.
The benefit of living here is: it's only a 4 minute walk to train and tram stations, restaurants, supermarkets, a park and a hospital. There is express train from Box Hill to city and only takes 20mins. It is warm in the apartment and you rarely need heating. Double glazing glass shuts the bustling street noise out from the unit. You have your own bathroom. If you need parking, just pay a fee and your car will be safe in the locked up carpark. The room has plenty of sunlight.
The apartment unit is shared with one other female flatmate.

I'm most comfortable living in a quiet place, this doesn't mean you can not make any noise, but it would not be a good match if you like to watch TV shows with volume that penetrates walls.
You don't need to be a christian, but a christian lady will be a fantastic match. Living together is not always easy, I will be open to communication and try to accommodate housemate's need and learn to apologise and forgive, and I hope my housemate offers the same kindness.
