Brand new apartment flat, I only moved in late 2025.
You will have your own bedroom and toilet, with a basin. Shower, kitchen and living room will be shared with me. All bills (electricity, gas, water and internet) are included in the listed rent. This is a fully furnished house.
This apartment is at the central of Box Hill, with 5-10 minutes walk to the shops, restaurants, and train station. There are also tram and bus stops nearby.
You will access the flat via main door and then a lift. This building has great security.
I’m looking for a housemate to stay for the next 2-3 months. This can be negotiated for longer terms if we have a mutual agreement. I’m looking for a housemate who’s respectful and clean. Please note that this is not a party house.
