We’re looking for easygoing and respectful housemates to lease our Carlton House! The home has loads of charm, natural light, and a warm vibe – ideal for those who enjoy a mix of quiet and community.

Location: Carlton – unbeatable inner-city spot just a short walk to Melbourne Uni, Lygon Street, Rathdowne Village, and Carlton Gardens. Grab your morning coffee at Standing Room, Assembly, or Capulus & Co – all nearby.

Available Rooms (in order of photos)
Room 1 – $320/week
Upstairs room with private balcony + ornamental fireplace. Bright and full of character.

Room 2 – $395/week
Massive upstairs front room – furnished with queen bed + couch, and features an ornate fireplace. Heaps of space and charm. Couple accepted, price tbc

Room 3 – $310/week
Cozy upstairs room, the smallest in the house – ideal if you're budget-conscious but still want a great location.

Room 4 – $335/week
Downstairs front room – private, spacious, and well-positioned for a bit more quiet.

All rooms will come with a new king or queen bed + hanging storage included

Bills including Power, Gas, Water and NBN are an additional $100 per month pp
