About the property
The apartment is really nice and ideally located near the university. Really perfect for university staff or students - RMIT/UniMelb.
I would like for the person to stay for 1 year at least if possible. The room can be furnished (basics) if you need. The rest of the apartment has some furniture but you are welcome to bring yours.
The apartment has a massive balcony and perfect winter sun - which is blocked a bit by one of the new buildings in the neighbourhood. Best cafes in Carlton are all within a 5 min walk - and not to forget a Hector’s Deli, Lygon Street and Queen Vic Market are all a short walk. We are also close to four parks.
P.S. We have washer dryer in apartment.

I am a single woman in my mid-30s with a very routine life. I like to workout and I work in the city. I like my apartment and spend a lot of time at home. I also like plants and enjoy having friends and family over for meals/movies.
My flatmate and I have been sharing this place for 7 years and she is moving away after her wedding - so happy for her but sad for me.
I am looking for someone to take up the second bedroom (and the bathroom) so that I dont have to move.
