Close to Westall station within 15mins walking
824 bus stop 5mins walking can take you to Clayton shopping centre totally will take you 25’mins-30mins to go monash uni
10mins driving to springvale and chadstone shopping centre
Prefer quiet/ no party /nice and friendly single girl coz it’s a girl house
The rent is $300/week for each room including all bills (for reasonable use)
Also welcome short term stay minimum 2days ($70/day)
