I live on a ground floor two bedroom unit. Lovely spot close to the Merri Creek, with heaps of local amenities.
The property has great energy- in a super quiet location. Surrounded by trees and I have a communal garden.
Plenty of street parking.
Bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe with drawers- so plenty of storage.
Wi-Fi and all bills included, as well as a TV with chrome cast. Beautiful wooden floorboards throughout. I have air-conditioning in the lounge, as well as heating.
Shared bathroom with a bath, shower. Fully equipped kitchen. My house stays very cool due to being shaded by trees.

It’s a pretty chilled household. My job is pretty demanding- so I really value my quiet, down time.
