About the flatmates
Looking for a male (gay or straight) to share with a slightly older gay couple (60s) and a single straight male (late 50s). We are friendly, laid back and responsible. No loud parties or drugs. Smoking is allowed on the balcony off the lounge room. One furnished bedroom 2.8m x 2.8m is available. Cost is $250 p.w., payable fortnightly, including utilities. The townhouse is fully furnished and fully equipped with modern appliances. 5 mins walk to the bus, shops and cafes, 10 mins walk to the tram, 15 mins walk to the train. Located in the leafy Pentridge housing estate in Coburg. A partner is allowed to visit maximum 3 nights per week or extra charges will apply for utilities. If you don't like swearing, this is not the place for you. We are looking for someone who is permanent, not a backpacker.
