About the property
We are currently on the look out for a new housemate to join Jess and I in a beautiful, modern townhouse in Collingwood.
There is almost everything on the door step. Coffee (Everyday coffee, A coffee, Cibi), bars (Goldys!, Molly Rose, the Gem and Paradise Alley are our locals), food, and Smith Street only a minute away (with Dan Murphy’s on the corner, and Woolworths metro up the road). We also have I am That yoga, Good Vibes yoga and Project Better gym minutes away, for balance. There is also a tram stop around the corner on Smith Street, and Victoria Station and the Hoddle Street bus stop a 7 min walk away.
The living room, kitchen and dining space are on the middle level along with a balcony that has city views. The house is fully furnished, except the room. The complex has a secure parking and there are 2 car spaces available to the incoming tenant if you need one.
The room is located on the top floor and has a built in double robe. The space fits a queen bed, plus furniture. The room has a ceiling fan and wall heater. The main bathroom is upstairs which you will share with Jess. There is also a double bed available to purchase as Abi (current tenant is moving back to the UK)

Rent is $1,280 paid monthly and bills (internet, gas, water and electricity) are split evenly. Bond is $1,417.

About the flatmates
You’ll be joining me (39, working in marketing) and Jess (31, working as a teacher). We’re keen for a chill home, where we can enjoy time together, but also have own stuff going on. We’re looking for someone who’s a similar age, who is keen for a beer (or your choice of drink) or two from time to time, and maybe a face mask session in the couch (with snacks). The house is 3 levels, so there is enough space to not feel like we’re on top of each other, and we’re lucky enough to have a great landlord.
