We are looking for a clean easy going person or couple to move into our friendly household. You will be sharing the 4 bedroom house with 3 other people, a couple from the UK, 1 girl from Japan working in hospitality, and 1 guy from the UK working sales.

The house has recently been renovated with a new bathroom and kitchen. The house is a two storey terrace built in the 1880's with lovely high ceilings typical of that era, central heating, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, 2 chest of drawers, 2 shelf towers and has hanging space in the walk in area. A desk and chair can be provided if required as well as all bedding (sheets, doonas, pillows, etc) if needed.

Very central location. A stroll away from vibrant Smith St shops and cafes and within walking distance of the famous Brunswick St bars and restaurants. Plenty of public transport and easy access to the city being close to Johnston St buses and Smith St trams, and a short walk to Hoddle St buses and Victoria Park train station. Minimum 2 month lease. The price $395pw includes all bills (electricity, gas, water, and unlimited WiFi). Rent paid weekly, fortnightly, or every 4 weeks. Bond 4 weeks rent.
