About the flatmates
Am 40 years of age, fairly outgoing and very sociable. I run my own coaching businesses as a Relationship Coach, and work from home/ or out at a cafe most days.
I also have 2 small longhaired sausage dog who are both very well trained and my world. If you've lived with dogs before and are a responsible person when it comes to dogs, this is an important factor.
I make sure my apartment doesn't smell like dog though :)
I'm a gym junkie, tend to eat healthy, and surrounding myself with the right type of positive people is just as important to create a positive environment. I rarely watch t.v although I have a 60" t.v for entertainment use for the apartment if you want to watch movies etc.
I rarely have friends over these days but like to keep the place nice, presentable, and smelling fresh.
My apartment has a modern and classy vibe, so it's NOT for smoking, drugs or parties. Occasional friend over is completely fine of course. I am also very respectful of my flatmates privacy.
