About the property
The property is located at the end of Collins St in Docklands, right next to the Docklands Library, as well as several cafes. It's always quite quiet in the area, but convenient enough as Woolworths and the post office is right next door in the next building!
As for the apartment building itself, it has a gym, pool, a small library area, a lobby, a garden with a BBQ, private parking and four fast travelling elevators. For the apartment it is 2 bed, 2 bath.
You will be taking over my room, which is the master bed room with an ensuite bathroom and shower (which is quite roomy!). THE PARKING SPACE IS INCLUDED. See attached pictures for extra details.
I intend to take most of my furniture with me, but can leave the bed frame, mattress and all the extra sheets for it for a fee. Also potentially selling some other furniture!
I will be moving out on the 2nd of March, and you will be available to move in after then.
You will be taking over my lease, so we need to go through the bond transfer process, as well as covering the fees associated with that. The contract is on a month by month basis, so there is no lock in or minimum time you will have to stay!
No couples or pets.

Hi, my name is Alaine and I am advertising the master bedroom on behalf of my current house mate, Ashley, who will me your new room mate.
Ashley (31) is an IT professional with his own small side business. He is clean, keeps to himself, but loves a bit of a chat from time to time. He works 2 days from home, but otherwise is in the office for work.
He likes to watch tennis, and to keep fit, as well as chilling on the couch to play some video games. Also makes a mean coffee!
