The apartment is located at the corner of Flinders and Docklands, with a tramp stop right outside the building. It is really convenient, with supermarkets just 10 mins away.
There is a pool, sauna, gym, cinema, and events room in the building. All the apartment building staff are very friendly and helpful!
The area is pretty safe at all times of the day, and there is a Police Station nearby as well. The mail/delivery area is also very secure.
The room will be fully furnished apart from drawers, which will be on sale for $100. So, this means you get a queen bed frame, queen mattress, desk and chair.
