About the property

THE PLACE / ROOM

The place is a super spacious and light filled Art Deco apartment on Glen Huntly Road. It’s located on the first floor with a cute sheltered balcony off the living room, facing Elsternwick park.

It’s in a great spot opposite the bowls club / Elsternwick park and just a few minutes walk to Elsternwick station, the tram, and the Glen Huntly Road shops (restaurants, cafes, Coles etc). The Tennyson Street and Ormond Road shops are also just around the corner and the beach is just 1.5km away.

The bigger of the rooms is available (4.4m x 3.8m) and is $315 per week. I rent the smaller room (2.9m x 3.6m) for $220 per week.

You will need to sign the lease and pay bond of $1,368.

Bills: to be split evenly.

If you have any communal furnishings or bits and pieces you want to bring into the house - by all means let me know!

About the flatmates

ABOUT ME

I’m Bronte and am 31 years old. I’m passionate about animals, plants, family and naps. I have studied horticulture, and currently working in gardening maintenance and tree work.

In my spare time I enjoy coffee, walks, socialising with friends and family, attending to my plants, listening to music, and resting. I love deep and open minded conversations, exploring and discussing anything and everything.

I am friendly, easygoing and understanding and I am neurodivergent, which adds a certain random quirky charm.

I am respectful of your personal space, schedule, social battery etc. I like to keep a general level of cleanliness, and expect the same in return.

PETS

Preferably no pets.
My elderly bunny recently passed on, and eventually I will be looking into another fluffy companion. However, I am open minded for the right person and pet.

If this sounds like an environment you could see yourself living in, please send through a message with some information about yourself.

Looking forward to meeting my new housemate!
