Stunning double story Elwood townhouse with own bathroom each. The bigger room is all yours with features a double vanity on either side and double shower.

I do have a beautiful 1 year m old golden retriever puppy so must like dogs. I work from home 3 days but keep to myself and the other days I’m in the office.

I am at the gym for 1-2 hours a day mon-sat and normally out with family or friends a lot of the weekend.

I am looking for someone clean and respectful. I really want to be able to sit down and have a chat with my housemate and occasionally check out the local bars,cafes and awesome restaurants!

House is fully furnished (other than your room!)
