This place is in an AWESOME spot, you're 2-3 mins walk from local grocery stores (butcher, bakery, foodworks etc.) and a bunch of cool coffee shops. In the opposite direction is the beach which is barely 5 minutes walk. It's surrounded by green space; there's soccer fields and a cricket pitch between the flat and the beach. You've got Elsternwick park which is a 5 minute walk, containing more soccer fields that double as dog parks and it has a basketball half court. There are 2 tennis clubs which are publicly available as well! There's also a bus at the end of the street that can take you to St Kilda or to Elsternwick station.
In regards to the flat, it's in great condition. All timber floors and a tiled bathroom, everything is in very good condition. It's a very quiet spot with respectful neighbours.
There is a single bedroom available, it faces onto the walkway, however we get very little foot traffic because despite there being three units on our level, one is unoccupied (for over a year). It is the smaller of the 2 bedrooms but is still a good size, fitting a queen bed and still have ample room (shown in images). It has a wardrobe as well as a shelf. It is UNFURNISHED.
The rest of the unit is fully furnished. Added bonus, we don't pay for water.

The last electricity bill was $109.06 which is $54.53 each every 3 months. The gas bill was $126.71 which is $63.35 every 3 months.

I'm a 26 year old guy originally from the Gold Coast. I enjoy running, gym and basically any sport. I'm quiet and basically keep to myself but not super introverted so am keen for a chat whenever. I'm currently doing some retail work in the CBD but thats pretty minimal during the uni semesters.
