About the flatmates
apartment is located in the beach side suburb of Elwood, just off Ormond Rd. Walking distance to shops, beach and parks.
Currently living in the apartment is myself (33) and Cass (32) and both work full time. I’m a landscape Architect and Cass works as an Events Coordinator. We are both easy going and love to share a meal or glass of wine, but also respect privacy when needed. Looking for someone who is friendly, easy going, clean and willing to continue making the place a home. Would love to find someone who shares these values and is a similar age either female or male.
In our downtown we both enjoy a good book or movie, enjoying a walk along the beach or stroll down the street to grab a coffee and pastry. Cass loves a hit of tennis and I occasionally have a swing at the driving range.
