The place is on Marine Parade, directly opposite the beach/Point Ormond and a short walk to both Elwood village and St Kilda.
It’s set over two levels. Your room is upstairs with plenty of wardrobe space and a study nook and private ensuite. The shared kitchen and living area, plus a balcony which is perfect for sunset viewing is also upstairs. Downstairs is Elliot and Polly’s space (the couple you’ll be living with) and shared laundry. There’s also a back garden which you’re welcome to sunbathe in and garage to store things.
Rent is $400 per week + bills.
Ideal for someone planning to stay 6 months or longer.
