About the property
Large bedroom available in Elwood. 4.2m x 3m. Quiet place, non-smoking. Lots of street parking and close to all transport. Bus stop (246) out front. Elsternwick Train Station 5 mins walk (15 mins to CBD). 67 Tram stop 5 mins walk (30 + mins to CBD). Ormond Rd shopping around the corner. St Kilda 15/20 mins walk.
Room is large and currently furnished with a futon, but can be unfurnished if needed, has huge built in robes and large windows. $955 per month or just over $220 a week with bills included in rent. $500 deposit (just over 2 weeks) will be returned when leaving.
Gas cooking but no Internet here, so I just hotspot my phone. The lounge has been converted into my study/bedroom, but it's all completely separate and plenty of space to do your own thing, which is the best way to sort out comfortable and affordable living in the nice area.
Kitchen has all the cheffy cooking gear, storage. Bathroom is shower over bathtub type thing with a little washing machine (only thing we could fit!)

I play music (guitar) in bands, go on surf trips, keep fit, study, and just do my own thing mostly so this is a chill spot for someone kind of the same.
