Beautiful Bottom floor apartment in Elwood, right across from Point Ormond in a stunning location. The house has a small outdoor area so if you are a green thumb this would be perfect as I struggle to keep plants alive!
I have the garage spot so unfortunately there is only street parking available (non permit area) so might be more ideal for someone who doesn't have a car or who doesn't mind street parking! Your room has a large wardrobe with a door to the outside area. Theres a shared bathroom with a spa bath. Kitchen is on the smaller side but still has plenty of room to move around.
I have pretty much furnished the whole house so ideally looking for someone with minimal belongings, however you would just need to furnish your own room, my current fridge is a bit small so if you have a fridge that fits the kitchen that would be great!
I have a washing machine but no dryer, theres a laundry mat just 3 minutes up the road or I use a drying rack outside.

What i'm looking for in a housemate:
Someone tidy, someone who works outside of the house as I work night shifts and wake up to any noise inside the house so can't live with anyone working from home, sorry!
Happy for you to hold dinner or pre drinks however the house isn't suited to late night parties or kick ons so looking for someone who can respect this.
I'm looking for only one housemate so no couples, sorry. Partners are welcome to stay however frequent overnight stays won't be suitable as this is a small house and I don't want to have 3 people in the house often!
