Hello there! I'm looking for a female to occupy a room in my apartment from the 22nd of Feb 2026. It is a beautiful 2 bed 1 bath conveniently located just outside Melbourne CBD about 10 mins by road. A tram ‘Super Stop’ is located directly outside of the building (Route 59 and 57 which takes 15 mins to the city) and Flemington Bridge train station is located only a short 5 min walk away. The complex also provides great accessibility to the Moonee Ponds Creek bike trail, and major arterial roads.
The apartment and your room is fully-furnished and has a breathtaking view. It is well equipped with kitchen appliances and laundry area. It has quite spacious mirror BIR to fit all your stuff. Currently it has a King-single size bed.
Building amenities include gymnasium, sauna, and a beautiful sky garden, complete with BBQ facilities for relaxing and entertaining with friends and family. WIFI/ INTERNET AND GAS BILLS INCLUDED. Other Utility bills (electricity and water) will be divided equally amongst us! Unfortunately there is no car park available but the building offers visitor car park.
The rent for the bedroom per week is $350 and bond would be 1 month rent which is $1500.

About me: You'll be sharing the apartment with 29 y/o female. I'm pretty chill and a fun-loving person. I work full-time and am also studying so have free time only on weekends. I would prefer someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of their surroundings as I like to keep my apartment very clean at all times, someone who can consider this place their home.
