I’m looking to fill 1 bedroom in this funky and leafy 3-bedroom house in Flemington in March.
LOCATION:
Amazing spot located just off Mt Alexander Road. 3 Mins to the 59 tram, about 8 minutes to both Newmarket and Flemington Bridge stations. Plenty of cool restaurants, pubs, cafes and everything you need nearby.
THE ROOM:
Lots of space, wooden floorboards and plenty of natural light during the day and black out blinds for night. It fits a queen size bed easily.
THE HOUSE:
Think lovely natural light, homey kitchen and super vibey living spaces
Feel like sitting outside? No worries, there is a lush backyard that gets blissful afternoon sun and is a lovely spot for golden hour bevs.
Also a couch out front, so you can people watch on the street if you feel like mixing it up.
ADMIN:
Rent is $1115.35pcm + bills which are normally around $110- $120 a month. Bond is $800.
