About the flatmates
Hi all,
I have a room becoming available in an adorable 2 bed, 1 bath cottage in flemington on the 13th of feb. It will be a lease transfer from the departing tenant and we will both be on the lease. The room is at the front of the house (3.2x3.7) and gets incredible morning light. It has a huge window and can easily fit a queen bed and desk. Room does not have built in wardrobes, but there is currently a wardrobe in there which i’d be happy to sell for cheap. Room comes unfurnished. The 57 tram is right at our doorstep, and newmarket train station and shopping centre are a 2 minute walk down the road. You’ll be living with one other housemate- me. I’m in my early 20s and working full time in hospo. I enjoy a quiet and calm house, but always love a yarn and catch up. Love having friends over for a movie night and dinner, so looking for someone who doesn’t mind a bit of company. Ideally looking for a female of similar age.
Rent: $1075/month. will be increasing to $1140/month in march.
