About the room: Your room will be double sized, bright and airy with 2 floor to ceiling windows and built in wardrobe. The furnishings include queen bed with mattress and side tables. Small desk with a seat provided on request.

Bathroom: You will share the master bathroom in the house with *just one other female* housemate.

Entertainment: Digital TV installed in the room.

Common areas: Furnished and open plan dining and lounge. Kitchen and laundry, the front garden as well as the back yard. Parking is on street.

Bills: Water, gas, electricity and wifi. The bills together with the rent are a total of 300 AUD per week. Split system is charged extra on a meter if exceeds average use.

The house: Brand new townhouse, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom.

What I am looking for: Looking for a responsible and considerate female who does not mind keeping the place neat and tidy and pays on time. We are a quiet bunch, so also looking for someone similar. I've recently moved to a place more convenient for work and looking to lease my room.
