About the property
3 bedroom which means cheaper for us all!
It offers a private bedroom (unfurnished), shared bathroom, a nice sized kitchen with all the cooking facilities you'd need. House will come furnished (minus your bedroom) and we have an outdoor area where we're keen to try grow our own veggies (green thumbs are highly welcome!) As well as a bbq for entertainment nights.
On street parking available (in a relatively quiet area). Buses nearby for ptv. Shops are a 10 min walk away.
(We move in on 20th of Feb, but are happy to try organise a viewing with the agent before then.)
We are looking for a clean, friendly individual who is prompt at keeping the house tidy. We are happy for more dogs however no cats due to allergies (and the dogs distinct hatred for them). Non smokers, preferably with similar lifestyles to us. Please message if you have any questions - am happy to answer!

About the flatmates
We are 2 very clean friendly housemates that have been living together for a year. With us comes a teddy bear dog
R- 24yo nurse working in the city. Will be out a few nights a week exercising or meeting up with friends, and often busy during weekends.
M - 23yo studying 3 days a week and working most of the others. Goes to gym several nights a week and loves to cook amazing Italian meals
H- 2yo toy cavoodle with lots of expressive looks, but also lots of love to share. He will be your best friend as soon as you walk through the door.
