Rent is $1356.33 pcm ($313 per week) excluding bills. Ideally looking for someone long term.

📍Location— situated in Kew in the Studley Park district (situated off Studley Park Rd).
The apartment is a few minutes walk away from the Yarra River and walking/cycling tracks. 5 minutes walk to 109 tram and Studley Park Road buses. Walking distance to Kew Junction shops, Victoria Gardens and Studley Grounds Cafe. A 10 minute bike ride to Abbortsford Convent and Collingwood Children’s Farm.

The apartment is surrounded by gardens and trees and is part of a six apartment complex. There is a generous sized living room, galley style kitchen and dining room. The street is very quiet and parking is always available at the front of the property (no time limits).

The room for rent is 3.2 x 3.4m and looks onto trees and garden. There is enough space for a double bed. I’ve attached some unfurnished pictures of the space however there is some furniture for the room that is available.

The bond is $1356.
