Sadly I’ll be moving interstate at the end of February, so we’re looking for a lovely female in her mid-twenties to take over my room and move in with Bella 🫶🏼

The apartment is in an amazing spot — right next to bus stops and only a 15-minute walk to the shops and the centre of Kew, where the tram also runs. Super convenient but still calm and leafy 🌿
🏡 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom apartment:
It’s a stunning space with loads of natural light throughout — honestly such a beautiful place to live.
🛏 Furniture option:
I’d also be happy to leave furniture behind (mattress and/or bedframe) for an agreed price if that helps make the move easier 😊

Bella is 26, super bubbly, and the perfect mix of loving a cosy night in but also enjoying a good night out ✨
She also looooves cats, so if you have one… even better 🐱💖
💰 Details:
• Rent: $1,195 per month
• Bond: $2,610
• You’ll be going onto the lease
• As I move out on 27 Feb, the new tenant would also pay 2 weeks’ rent
