Super close to the city and public transport (a little too close to the 57 tram line tbh). You could walk to the city or Melbourne Uni in 25 mins.
North Melbourne coffee shops, pubs and bars under 10 minutes walk.
Pizza, Thai, Fish n Chips, Chemist, Bottle and convenience shops literally next door (a double edged sword that pizza shop!).
Plenty of green parks and nature strips all around.
All bills inclusive means it's easy to budget.

27yo from India hospo worker (might be able to get you some deals at a fancy hotel!)
Pets allowed, but would need to discuss to make sure.
Happy to be by ourselves but also down for a chat, grab a drink, watch a film on the projector, occasional trivia, some walks in the park...
Ideally looking for similar people, perhaps studying at uni or young professional; clean; chill etc. etc.
UPDATES FROM PHOTOS: MANY more plants around the house, a soundsystem + projector in the lounge, a new fridge, bidet, airconditioning, fans in each bedroom (game-changer!).
The apartment block had a major landscaping project completed so there are tables and plants and a veggie patch which you can use.
If you visit you won't be disappointed, it feels like a home :)
