Very close to VCCC, RWH, RMH, WEHI, RCH, Melbourne University, RMIT… the list goes on. Perfect for a doctor on a 3 month rotation!
The house: I moved in Dec 2020 and it had been freshly painted with new roller blinds.
Open plan home office on entry to the ground floor, 1st floor is a spacious and light filled open plan kitchen/living/dining, with amazing entertainment terrace (including an outdoor heater) and a second north facing balcony (with full sun for speedy clothes drying!!).
2nd floor has the two bedrooms, euro laundry, large central bathroom with bath and shower. There's a second toilet on the 1st floor.
There's split system heating/cooling in the living spaces/bedrooms, polished floorboards, carpeted bedrooms and a lock up garage/off street car parking for one. Public transport is also virtually on your door step with 3 tram lines and Parkville train station now open.
The street has a fairly new expanded park area, with huge lawn in front of our place.
Your room: Walk in robe, black out blinds. Large chest of drawers. Queen size bed. (approx 3m x 3m)
The house is fully furnished/equipped, including dishwasher, washing machine, smart TV, Google home and bedroom will be furnished with some of my stuff packed away so you can have closet space. BYO bedding....
*Serious bonus points if you have a green thumb and can take care of my plants!

About the flatmates
I’m heading overseas for a few months and looking to sublet my room. I’ve been living here since December 2020, so the house is well set up and full of all my stuff (sorry, haha).
Your housemate is Sally – 39, works in recruitment, incredibly easy going and hilarious. Like me, she is a good mix of social and quiet. Spends time at home, mostly keeping to herself, but is often out of the house being social, but doesn’t bring the party home. We've been living together for over a year, so I can definitely vouch for her normalcy and awesomeness!
Sally says: I have a very social job, so home is where I like to unwind and recharge. I'm friendly and always happy for a chat, but I mostly keep to myself and value a calm, respectful space.
