About the property
A bit about the house:
The house is located on Scotia St in North Melbourne and is a wonderful 3 bedroom, two bathroom modern place. It’s super close to cafes, bakeries, chemist and a couple of supermarkets. If you work in healthcare, it’s also just a 10min walk to the nearby hospitals. It is quite big and has wonderful open spaces and huge windows. The room available is downstairs which would had a shared bathroom. The house car space is currently in use and we are unfortunately not eligible for a parking permit in the area - so probably more suitable if you don’t have a car 🙂
Each room is $330 per week each, which is paid fortnightly direct to our landlord who we rent from privately. The room is available from the 10th of February.
As it is such a big house we do have a cleaner come each fortnight which is $40 each. Internet is an additional ~$20 a month and all other bills are very reasonable at around $70 - $80 per month.

A bit about me:
I’m a 30 year old registered nurse who works full time at a hospital nearby. Thankfully I currently work business hours, but my housemate (also a nurse) does work shift work.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me catching up with family back home, seeing friends, heading out for dinner/drinks.
Ideally a bit about you:
Preferably working full time or part time, aged 25-35. Ideally a little social but this is by no means a party house.
