All 3 bedrooms are on separate floors so max privacy. One of our housemate is moving and we're looking for someone to fill his room and replace him on the lease.

As housemates we live pretty autonomously but also like to grab a drink or have dinner together every now and then.

Bills (electricity, gas, internet and water) are split evenly.
