Student Homestay Room to Rent (North Melbourne)
The property has four rentable rooms spread over two houses. It is located in North Melbourne close to public transport with a 15 minutes walk to Melbourne Uni, and 30 minutes to RMIT. Each house is serviced by a well-equiped kitchen, however, because the kitchens are shared, we encourage light cooking only.
A large garden extends between the two houses, and we have a small friendly dog. We have rented to students for twenty years. The setting is similar to a homestay situation where you provide your own food. The rent is $325wk and includes all services (electricity, water, internet) with a five month lease required and a $200 bond. There is one room in the back house available at the moment. About the flatmates
I am a mature age student and have been renting to students for twenty years. I rent to students only. I live in the front house - there are two bathrooms and a large shared kitchen in the front house. The advertisement has been recently lodged so it is difficult to say anything about flat mates , although you can be sure I only accept applications from students. The room available at the moment is in the front house.
