About the property
It's a lovely 4 bedroom two-story house with a nice little courtyard out back. :)
The best thing about this place is the location. Access to sooo many restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. The iconic Queen Victoria market is virtually at our doorstep and Flagstaff Gardens is a stone's throw away. Also within walking distance from RMIT and pretty close to UniMelb too.
The rooms are unfurnished. There is a cupboard under the stairs that serves as pantry for storage. We have a bathroom that includes toilet and shower, then another "dunny" or powder room which can be accessed via the courtyard. In the courtyard there is also a laundry room with a washing machine. No dryer but the courtyard is great for hang drying, and there is also a laundromat right across the street.
Our real estate agent is Jellis Craig and you can be added to the lease.
