Our place is a split-level home with a lot of character. It has a spiral staircase connecting the levels, which gives it a really unique vibe! (Just a heads-up: because of the stairs, it might not be the best fit if you have any accessibility or mobility concerns).
The room itself was originally built as a study, so it’s a very cozy and quiet place to get a good night's sleep. One of my favorite things about the house is the afternoon sunshine—it fills the space with such a warm, nice glow later in the day.
If you need good public transport, this is a total sweet spot! There’s a tram stop right nearby that goes straight to the City, and Parkville Station is also very close. It’s perfect for anyone heading to the city or the uni area.
