About the flatmates

Hi, I am looking for a new flatmate to share an apartment with other two uni students who also work. They are both very kind and have great personalities. Cleaning duties are shared. The room is fully firnished.
TRANSPORT - the apartment is in an AMAZING location for public transport with one tram 57 stop directly in front of the building taking you to CBD in 15 minutes and 59 tram stop is 1 minute walk. The Flemington Bridge train station is right behind the building too. Woolworths is close on Racecourse Drive where there are also come nice restaurants close by.
