I’m looking for a clean and considerate flatmate to share a comfortable and well-located place in North Melbourne. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Melbourne Uni and a 10-minute drive to the CBD. Docklands or Flinders Street are roughly 20 minutes away by public transport.
The place is well connected:
10–15 min walk to Melbourne Central or Flagstaff stations and nearby shopping
- Less than a 5 minute walk to tram stops for routes 57 and 58
- Around 10 min walk to the Victoria Market tram junction
- Both tram routes have stops in the free tram zone along both routes
About the room:
-3.5 x 4.4 m, unfurnished, with its own dedicated bathroom
-Option to use an additional smaller room (2.5 x 3 m, unfurnished) for storage or extra living space — I don’t currently use it
No walk-in robe
- Common areas are fully furnished and have all the usual appliances
About the lease:
- You’ll need to go on the lease (application through the agent)
- Standard 12-month lease ending 28th October next year (just renewed)
- Rent: $330 per week / $1,434 per month

I am 35 and work full-time in the public service down in Docklands. I’m also studying part-time at Monash as a postgrad student, so most of my week is spent balancing work and study.
Outside of that, I’m into urban exploration, sight-seeing, and music — especially record and vinyl preservation. I’m also trying to get a bit better at cooking and physical conditioning (... trying).
