There is also a carpeted garage which can be shared for gym or art studio. No bills just pay for your own food and consumables. Gas, Electricity, Hot water all included in the rent. Only 10 mins by car to the Brighton Beach. Close to all ammenities and very quiet location. (No street noise)
We are into a healthy lifestyle and healthy food and my partner is into cooking and fashion and beauty. Privacy will be respected. I am at gym three times a week and run a health YouTube Channel and love learning and teaching. I am a life and business coach and do some mentoring and training. I look forward to meeting you.

I am a mature aged male. I do consulting and online internet work. I am sport and health minded. Non drinker non smoking not a gambler. I am tidy and like a clean home
There is only me and my partner who is out a lot, plus whoever stays
I love to cook, and watch the ocasional block buster movie, I am a voracious learner and have a healthy curiosity. I love to travel and discover and there is a bike veledrome close by which I enjoy. GESAC is just down the road so I am also working part time in the Allied health area at Sage Active Clinic which is Exercise Physiology and Myotherapy. I love learning and growth.
So far I have had two international students and an elite athlete training for the next olympics. the first was female from the Philippines she stayed for 4 months and was great the second one was a law student from Thailand he stayed for three months he was awesome too. Lastly my athlete is moving on after a short stay as his tenure here is finished. My second last tenant stayed for 22 months and decided to go to W.A. to live with his brother. My most recent tenant whose mother I dropped back to the airport last night to go home to Kenay has been with me for the last 15 months. She is an IT student and it was great to have them stay. My partner and the mother got on great and shared many conversations as they both liked the same fashion and food. All outstanding people.
I enjoyed their culture and company and both have remained good friends. I am health conscious and love the outdoors. I work a lot so there will be plenty of privacy for you and access to the amenities of the household. Free bike to ride and also BBQ at the back patio. There is also a nice outdoor entertainment area to relax in.
