A private room in a 2 bed 2 bath flat in a leafy corner of Parkville. You would have your own bathroom as well!! There is a bus stop right outside the door that goes straight to Unimelb so great location for students!! The room itself is unfurnished but the rest of the flat is furnished (but very welcome to add things!!) I’m trying to create a nice chill homey vibe to it. There is a cute porch area out front which I am trying to turn into a tiny garden. There I also an undercover car spot available!!
