There's plenty of off-street parking and a few visitors car spaces at the rear of the complex.
THE ROOMS: They comes fully furnished, including bed, x2 bedside tables and lamps, chair, and lots of wardrobe space. The available room will either have large floor-to-ceiling windows (lots of natural light), or have its own toilet attached (ensuite). This can be discussed upon inspection.

We are Anusha (f -21yrs) and Naya (f - 20yrs) living here. We are students in Unimelb and RMIT, and we're searching for the right tenant to complete our comfortable and nurturing space that we call home. We are all respectful homebodies that enjoy cooking, spending quality time together and also building our careers.
We are looking for someone who likes their home cozy and welcoming and who would also be happy to spend a night or two eating or playing games etc, but also respect each other's privacy. Both of us are uncomplicated people who take care of their rooms and are happy to share work within the apartment such as cleaning, trash removal, etc.
I’m Naya, I’m 20 years old and a building design student over at RMIT. It can get pretty full on so I spend most of my time in my room doing work or spend my weekend over at my partner's place. But you’d often find me hanging out in Anusha’s room or the other way around, you’d also find us going to the gym and run errands together (you'll be more than welcome to join as well!). I’d appreciate someone who’s easy-going, clean and would love to be apart of the household as a whole but also can respect each other’s boundaries.
