Hi All!
This is a very modern house which is only 2 years old and no holding back on luxury fittings, such as Butlers Pantry, security camera (including video monitoring doorbells which I've yet to work out!) fittings on the outside, European Hydronic Heating, ducted vaccuum system, Split systems in each room, and so on. This is a 4 bed, 3 bath however I am planning to keep the downstairs room as guest bedroom for the odd visitor / office (if we can squeeze in a desk somehow hah!)
Please note that this is an LGTBQI+ friendly household.
On this same note, I am looking for lovely individuals who can help add to the friendly vibes. Chats, movie nights, game nights (hello!!!), anything to help make this place a house we can all feel at ease coming to and enjoying each others company. People who retreat to their rooms all the time need not apply here (though of course we do all need our odd times to rest and recharge!)
Bills will be split evenly across the 3 of us (not included in rent price)

We do have some spare space in the garage as well if you do have some of your own furniture as well (bonus points if you have some outdoor furniture to decorate the patio!)
Room 1 is generously sized with the dimensions being 3.1 x 3.6m EXCLUDING a very generous built in Wardrobes!
Room 2 is the larger (in fact its even more spacious than the master bedroom somehow) with dimensions being 4.0 x 4.3m also excluding generously sized built in wardrobes.

I am a young IT professional looking for new people to help fill up my new house, ideally other young professionals but anyone who can pay rent reliably and without nagging can apply!
As you can see in my photos I'm both stereotypically a bookworm and a geek with my board game collection. But I love to cook, eat healthy, exercise, go out and have fun with whatever the flow goes!
I am looking for extroverts - or other extroverted introverts- who can help fill this house with fun and laughter. Although it should go without saying, I have a minimum expectation for people who can pay bills/rent in a reasonable timeframe and without me prompting, so please be mindful on this.
Otherwise, I don't have a preference who you are or what background you come from :)
