We’re a couple looking for a lovely female or couple. (For couple 420$) housemate to join our cozy, well-decorated home that we’ve put a lot of love into.
The house is three levels: garage downstairs, living room, kitchen, and guest toilet on the middle floor, and two bedrooms upstairs each with its own private bathroom.
The available room has a comfy bed, a big mirrored wardrobe, and aircon. You just need to bring your sheets and clothes! If you have any furniture you’d like to bring for your room, we’re happy to chat about it.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need dishwasher, fridge, air fryer, microwave, you name it. We also have a pantry and a cute little balcony for some fresh air.

About us:
I work as a manager in the city and usually have busy, long days. My girlfriend works full-time as an accountant, so she’s also pretty busy.
When we’re home, we love chilling out cooking, watching movies, and just enjoying a quiet, clean space. We’re both super tidy and keep the house, especially the kitchen, very clean, so we’re looking for someone who values that too.
We’re also social and would love someone who’s friendly, open to having a chat, sharing a meal, or having a relaxed movie night now and then.

Rent is $300 per week, with internet included.
Electricity and gas will be split between the three of us.
