The townhouse is a modern, well-kept 2-bedroom place in a quiet, convenient location. Bus stop directly outside that goes to train station, trams, etc. The downstairs master bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe is available and will have a double bed if required.
The living space is open, tidy, comfortable and easy to maintain, there's an 85" smart tv with lots of channels, L shaped recliner sofa with a balcony that gets nice airflow, and a kitchen that’s fully equipped. There's a washing machine and dryer in the garage downstairs. There’s secure parking in the building for one car, which I currently use, but street parking is available nearby. The building is close to shops, gyms, public transport, and everything you need day-to-day.
