About the property
One private bedroom is available in mid Feb. I am looking for a housemate who can keep the apartment clean/tidy & move in asap. You can use 1 bathroom for your own, only share kitchen. Price $1,200 per month (included Free NBN internet/water); Electricity bill will share & split 50/50.
Prefer a housemate who responsible pay rent & bill on time, mature/respect each other; non-party/no loud music as per restriction from the building.
The location is close to Bell station (aprox. 2mins walk), bus stop, 10-15mins walk to Preston station & market. It's super convenient & suitable for someone who don’t have car due to NO parking available. Also, you can find all transports/gyms/market/restaurants/bars/coffees nearby.
First month with discount+ bond ($1,200) in advance.
Discount $200 for first 3months only, then the 4th month should be $1,200 & on-going.
