I have a large bright bedroom with built in wardrobe available in a huge, beautiful 3 br terrace house.

The house is is huge! The 2 living spaces and outdoor areas are great for socialising and the house is big enough that you won’t even know other people are there if you feel like retreating. It’s fully furnished, with high ceilings, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms and a great outdoor space. We have ducted heating, reverse cycle air con, dishwasher, bbq and coffee machine. Your room is downstairs, my room and the spare room are upstairs.

It’s a fabulous location! We are 2 mins walk to 86 tram, 8 mins walk to Bell station and 5-10 min walk to woollies. Great location city side of bell st, walking distance to cafes and bars (closest are 3 minute walk)!

Unfortunately we can't accommodate pets as I have allergies.

The room will best suit someone in their 30s - 40s or a mature student but I really don’t mind about age if you’re mature and friendly.
