Is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in a secure, locked compound. I'm Alex, a full-time corporate worker, and Lennon, a 10-year-old Maltese. I'm usually pretty busy during the day but really calm when I'm home. I don't cook much but am happy to share a meal every now and then. I truly appreciate cleanliness and common sense. I'm into sports when I can! and cafe hopping on the weekends. Lennon is a grumpy, loving dog who co-depends on his mother; he's very friendly too, as long as he gets the cheese tax. :)

About the flatmates
My apartment is located in Preston, 7 minutes away from tram 11 and 10 minutes from tram 1. It has street parking and is a really sweet and safe place to live. It's an old and spacious unit where most inhabitants are in their 30s or so (quite a millennial vibe). I work in Southbank for a finance firm, so I'm away most days. I live with my little Maltese, Lennon, who is the sun of my days.
The room is unfurnished but will fit a single to a double bed. It has a tiny built-in wardrobe, so it's ideally meant for someone who is organized, cleans up after themselves, and doesn't need extra share house education.
Please feel free to use everything in the kitchen to cook or have a relaxing day on the couch binge-watching a series.
