Hey Girlies, I’ve got a room available in a 2bed 2bath apartment on High St, Preston, as sadly, my housemate is moving out to live with her partner :( , we’ve been living in this gorg place for almost 1.5 years.

Location is amazing,
•2mins walk to bell station and 86 tram.
•8mins walk to woolies & aldi.
•Heaps of cafes & shops right outside the building).

-Room available from 24th January 2026.
-Lease is until 24th August 2026, open to extension.

•Your room has beautiful natural light and is big enough, bathroom is adjacent to it (huge as well).
• House is fully furnished, just bring a bed and you’ll be home (but you’re absolutely welcome to bring anything more to make it extra cozy). 🥰

You’ll be sharing the place w me, I’m 23, working in early childhood and hospitality most of the week, but am an absolute homebody after work hours. I’m very easy going and respectful, friendly if you wanna have a chat but also love my me time, and looking for someone similar (around 20-26).

•I’m huge on cleanliness and tidying up after yourself (deep cleaning whenever we get time but often), therefore, I’m really looking for someone who shares the same thoughts on this.

Financials- Rent is $1355 per month.
