We have a big backyard and a lovely open plan living area with a great sound system and comfortable furniture. Central heating and cooling supported by solar energy. Three big bedrooms with built-ins. Our kitchen is so new I barely know how to use the oven.

All round great home and I've loved living here for the year I've been here so far. If you patronise Melbourne's sometimes reliable PT facility, we are about a three minute walk from preston station/preston market. We also have an avocado tree in the backyard which means year round free avocados if you like avocados which you probably do. It's a very laidback sharehouse with a great dynamic of people who understand each other and their needs.

I use the master bedroom which has an ensuite so you will only be sharing the bathroom and shower with one other person. It has double sinks so you can brush your teeth next to each other and tell jokes.

The available bedroom is roughly 3.3 x 3.9m with high ceilings and a large east facing window.

$310 is the weekly price for rent which includes all bills (estimated) including unlimited high speed internet.

With our housemate Nick moving out, he will be taking his TV which is currently in the living room, as well as his fridge - so if you have some of these appliances that you plan on holding onto during the move that will be an extra bonus for us !
