Hello! Looking for a flatmate for our 3-bedroom Preston townhouse.

We are x2 women in our mid 20s to early 30s, studying and working in healthcare. We are social, down to earth, but respectful of each other's space, big on kindness and communication, and making a house feel like a home while valuing our down time as well! :)

We are queer and BIPOC-friendly and value inclusivity, emotional awareness, and mutual respect.

The space will be available from Feb 1st however some flexibility with dates on this. The room has a built-in closet space, can comfortably fit a queen bed and desk, and also includes your own ensuite!

Location perks: short 15 min walk to Aldi/Woolworths and High Street + close to multiple public transport options (bus, 86 tram). Plenty of on-street parking available.

Rent is $985/month + bond + utilities (split between us which avgs. out to ~75/month and includes gas, electricity, and internet. There will also be a lease transfer fee but can msg for further on details.

We are looking for someone similar in age, preferably long-term (at least 9 months), and will need to have proof of income (i.e. have a form of stable income) as you will need to apply to go on the lease through the leasing agency.
