Hello future roomie! Looking for someone to join me in this spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the 4th floor of a low rise apartment building in a very leafy, quiet part of Richmond - Burnley / Hawthorn end! Close to beautiful walks along the Yarra, Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre, Swan Street pubs and restaurants, and Burnley park just across the road! I know I knowww we would all rather live in a house than an apartment, but the budget won't always allow it and I reckon this is a pretty sweeeet set up if I do say so myself!

Best features are own bathroom, walk in kitchen, very light-filled, storage cage, and communal bbq and entertaining area in the complex. Everything is fully furnished except your room including all kitchenware and appliances.

I am using the carspace however if you drive to work there is overnight street parking available and lots of public transport nearby, both trains and trams.

The pictures show my bedroom (will get some of the other soon) however the second bedroom is very similar! Decent sized bedrooms with floor to ceiling mirror sliding wardrobes. Entire apartment is freshly carpeted except kitchen and bathrooms.

Looking for someone in their 20's who is easy going, clean (without being asked), eco friendly, and independent. Also would love someone who is a good communicator, if there's one thing I've learned in my few years share housing it's that bottling up frustrations until you explode with passive aggressive behavior is no fun for anyone ahaha! If you're keen to hang out or go for drinks or coffee now and again that would be ideal!
